Salary: Competitive, at £28,000 – £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We’re looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Community Manager to join our team and help take our brands to the next level.

The Role: As our Digital Marketing & Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind our marketing strategies for both FILMD and Yeti. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on growing our user base and enhancing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms and the FILMD blog to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on measurable ROI to promote FILMD Pro memberships and other Yeti projects.
  • Community Engagement and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for FILMD’s user base, managing support tickets, and fostering a positive community environment.
  • B2B Outreach and Collaborations: Identify and pursue partnership opportunities and collaborations to expand FILMD’s reach and user base.
  • Landing Page Optimisation: Oversee the creation and optimisation of landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy with proven results in engagement and ROI.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce compelling content.
  • Ability to manage customer relations and support, providing high-quality service and engagement.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Analytical skills to assess marketing efforts’ effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions.
