Everything Petted

Yeti Digital worked on Petted from an early product stage, providing brand identity, customer-experience design, marketing assets and software-development services for its pet-insurance comparison and wellness proposition.

The identity was developed to feel distinctive, progressive and approachable while supporting both the insurance-comparison and wellness elements of the proposition.

Petted brought a pet-insurance comparison journey and a pet-wellness membership experience together in one consumer product. Yeti's work covered the brand, customer journeys, interfaces, supporting marketing and software development.

Yeti designed and developed the customer-facing experience, comparison journey and supporting web platform.

The question set and interface were reviewed and refined to reduce friction and make the route through the quote experience clearer.

Yeti also created campaign concepts, advertising assets and supporting marketing material for Petted's customer-acquisition activity.
