The work
A connected platform designed around different delivery models.
Yeti Digital helped shape a shared platform bringing customer journeys, provider connectivity, comparison results, branded implementations, reporting and operational oversight into one connected product.
The work covered product definition, customer-experience design, software engineering and the platform structure needed for direct, co-branded and embedded implementations.
01
Journey architecture
We designed customer questions, routing, provider requests and results as one continuous experience.
02
Integration structure
We engineered a structured way to connect provider services while isolating their technical differences from the customer journey.
03
Results design
We shaped a consistent structure for presenting different provider responses clearly.
04
Partner implementations
We designed a shared product foundation for direct, co-branded and embedded implementations.
05
Reporting foundations
We designed the event and reporting structure needed to understand journey and provider performance.
06
Operational controls
We built content, disclosure and journey-record structures around the product and operating requirements.
Platform structure
One foundation for different implementations.
Yeti Digital designed a shared platform structure that could be configured for direct, co-branded and embedded experiences without creating a separate product for every implementation.
